Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, unaltered, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
To initiate a return you can contact us at XXXXX-XXXXX. If your return is accepted, we will send you an email with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for returns. We recommend using a traceable shipping method as we cannot issue refunds without proof of delivery. If the shipping label is on the product packaging and not on another outer box or envelope, the return will be refused or a significant restocking fee will apply.

Damage and Problems
Please check your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately at XXXXX-XXXXX with a photo of the damaged item or if you received the wrong item so we can assess and resolve the issue.
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for malfunctions or manufacturing defects for any product and recommend that you contact the manufacturer for a replacement, repair, or warranty.
Exceptions / Disposables
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items, special offers, or gift cards.
Return packages to the sender (Rejected/Undeliverable address)
All return-to-sender packages are notified by email that we have received their package. If the customer wants the package to be sent again, an additional payment for the shipping costs is required. If there is no response from the customer within a week, this will be treated as a return and subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Refunds
All refunds can only be processed through your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Canceled orders
All orders canceled for any reason will be notified by email when the order has been canceled and a refund processed.
Partially shipped orders
All orders that are partially shipped will be marked with a notice that we are missing a product. All partially shipped orders will be refunded within 1-2 business days of shipment.

Returned orders
A restocking fee of at least 30% will apply depending on the condition of the return. Any shipping costs at the time of payment will not be refunded.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. This process can take 2-5 business days after arrival at our facility.
If approved, you will automatically receive a refund minus the restocking fee.
